本課程主要讓學生瞭解製造執行 系統是接到客戶訂單,進行現場輛產到產品完成,持續將產品即時與準確資料傳送於顯示器上,提供管理者進行監看。MES主 要目的在於讓產品準時交貨,提高週轉率,增加總生產盈餘,加速資金的流動,降低無附加價值作業,當發生緊急事件時,提供現場緊急狀態的資訊以迅速處理。機 台當機等,並提高有效的生產。透過個案實例探討,使學生瞭解智能製造與工程管理在智慧化工廠中所扮演的角色,以培養理論與實務整合之能力。

The manufacturing execution system (MES) teaches students understand the linkage of customer orders, mass production and finished product. The relative information will be timely and accurate transmitted to the monitor, to provide managers for monitoring. The main purpose of the MES is to enable the product to deliver on time, increase the turnover rate, increase the total production surplus, accelerate the flow of cash, reduce the value-added operations, and provide information on the state of emergency in case of emergencies. Through case studies to enable students to understand the role of intelligent manufacturing and engineering management to foster the integration of theory and practice.

To achieve the sustainability of chemical industry, process intensification is a strategy to the design and development of chemical process. The introduction of multi-functionality and miniaturization design will intensify the process and then improve the efficiency with respect to space, time, raw materials, energy, environment, and safety. A variety of chemical process with the incorporation of process intensification technique will be introduced and analyzed. The process intensification technique for future applications will also be discussed.
